Problems printing with Netscape and HP DeskJets

If you are having problems (such as paper jams and poor print quality)
printing from the Netscape Navigator to an HP Deskjet printer, then
obtain the "HP Kit for Deskjets" from HP by calling them at
1-800-656-2324.  This kit roughs up the paper rollers to increase the
printer's ability to pull paper through, thereby improving the
printer's performance.
